Jean Monnet Lecture: Karl-Heinz Lambertz
The 3rd Jean Monnet Lecture was held on the 12 March 2020 at the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences. President Lambertz gave a lecture on “Local and regional authorities: the third dimension of the European Union.”. It was then followed by an interesting and stimulating debate.
Lambertz was elected as President of the European Committee of the Regions (CoR) in July 2017 after serving a two and a half year term as First Vice-President. He is also President of the Parliament of the German-speaking Community of Belgium.
